Submit your nonbinding written notice of intent to place a bid within fifteen calendar days after the foreclosure sale. This ensures you are registered as an eligible bidder and keeps you in the running for the property.

Within forty-five days after the foreclosure sale, submit your official bid, exceeding the highest bid at the trustee's sale. Your bid must include the necessary affidavit and be sent through a verifiable delivery method, such as certified mail or overnight delivery.

By 5 p.m. on the 45th day after the trustee’s sale, the highest bid from eligible bidders will be accepted. The winning bid secures the property, while losing bids are returned, concluding the acquisition process.
